Tito Isaac was a guest speaker at a conference on 'Mitigating and Managing Credit Risk'. Tito spoke on the subject of 'Legal Proceedings in Recovery Actions'.

The four key topics covered in his lecture were, first, a brief overview of the legal system and courts jurisdiction. Second, use of litigation procedures in debt recovery. Third, legal action procedures encompassing the commencement of legal proceedings, the management of a case through the courts, appeals, relevant time frames, outline of costs. Fourth, execution proceedings.
