Two of the firm's partners, M Mohan and P Padman, participated as guest speakers in a seminar on 'Negotiating and Drafting Commercial Contracts'. The event was organized by Ahrals Centre for Business Forums and held at the Holiday Inn Parkview Hotel on 14 February 2006.

Padman conducted a workshop on 'Drafting and Understanding Boilerplate Clauses'. This covered understanding the legal background to common precedence including force majeure, exclusion clauses, entire agreement clauses, warranties & indemnities.
