Property Law

Zabrina is a resourceful and meticulous lawyer with the core of her practice in Property Law.

She brings her enthusiasm to the committed team at the TIC Property Law Department where she advises both private individuals and institutional clients on all property-related issues, principally in sale, purchase and mortgage transactions.

Zabrina is a graduate of the National University of Singapore and an Advocate and Solicitor of The Supreme Court of Singapore. Prior to joining Tito Isaac & Co LLP, she practiced with two other local law firms accumulating broad-based legal experience – in general litigation matters which include contracts, wills and probate, bankruptcy, winding-up actions, divorce and family cases – in addition to her work in Property Law.

She also has extensive experience working on respected Legal publications such as Halbury's Laws of Singapore, Asian International Arbitration Journal and The Malayan Law Journal; having held various editorial positions including editor and managing editor with global Legal publisher LexisNexis.
