Niko practices Commercial Law with particular emphasis on commercial
and corporate litigation, joint venture contracts, intellectual
property (patents and trademark) and commercial transactions.

Niko commercial litigation experience includes contract, shareholder
disputes, intellectual property (trademark, trade name and unfair
competition), guarantees, employment disputes, insolvency, commercial
real estate, tort, and defamation.

With his astute understanding of complex commercial matters, dedication
and thoroughness, Niko has secured the trust of many longstanding
clients and thus plays a pivotal role in the firm’s maturing

LANDMARK CASE
Niko spearheaded the course of action, research and analysis of
a successful appeal for our client, winning for them the right
to claim payment with accrued interest, and costs. The suit became
a landmark case in Singapore’s Contract Law, Banking Law
and Civil Procedure, as it was the first time a decision was made
on the issue of nullity exception in a Singapore court.
FAMILY LAW
Mr Isaac also specialises in Family Law, where his empathy, sensitivity
and patience has won him many clients in the matters of divorce,
maintenance and custody.
BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Prior to assuming his current position at Tito Isaac & Co
LLP in 1999, Niko was legal advisor to a property group. He also
brings to the firm a critical dimension of business and commercial
experience,
having established and operated a trading business for over three
years.
